Door handle for slider

Question

The machine screw holes are 3 7/8" apart. On the inside, there are markings that say "Imperial USA" and "Keynetic".
on the inside, the metal bar inside that turns the locking mechanism sheared off. If I can just get that small metal bar, that would be great. If I need to replace the white handle, that's ok. The finish is oil rubbed bronze.
