Door handle / lock mechanism for pinnacle by Lindsay doorwall

Hello. The lock stopped working on my Lindsay doorwall. I a looking to replace both the lock and the handle as I don't know which one is causing the issue.  Do you stock this part?

Sure, I think we can help with both. See our 82-030 handle and 82-265 mortise lock. As long as their dimensions match up to the original parts then they should work quite well.

Odds are it's the mortise that broke. A good way to confirm is to simply remove the handle and attempt to throw the mortise with a slotted screwdriver. If it still hangs up, then the mortise is the culprit. If it works fine, then something is wrong with the handle's thumb lever.
