Thanks for writing in! Your patio door handle set can be replaced with our 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. The non-keyed version is our 82-089. This handle style has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing. 

The available colors are white, black beige and bronze.

The compatible mortise lock is sold separately from the handle set. I am confident we can supply you with the right replacement but it does appear that your mortise lock is missing the face plate, which is used to secure the lock to the door. Can you confirm if your mortise lock has one?

Thanks for confirming this information. I believe you'll need the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. This lock is assembled with the face plate. Take a look over the dimensions and design. See if they match up to your existing mortise lock.

Given the confirmation that the mortise lock had a faceplate, I provided the measurements for the lock with the faceplate attached. My apologies for the confusion.
