Door handles for old Peach Tree Sliding Doors

I need one or two door handle assemblies for our sliding doors. Do you have this style? If so, what is the part number, description and price?

Thanks for posting. The surface-mount handle set reminds me of our 82-005, which has a hole spacing of 4-15/16". Please compare. This handle set comes with its own outside handle, but you could also use our 82-042 or keyed 82-306 outside pulls with this set up, both sold separately. Take a look and see what you think.
