Door latch for "Prime Window Systems" patio door

Question

The upper latch on the door latch is locked in the closed position and neither lubricant nor prying can budge it. The manufacturer does not deal with the public and won't provide a replacement nor any info on ordering a replacement.

Your part number 82-265 looks very similar and the installation holes on both are 11" on center and the lock hooks are approximately 5 3/4 apart. The existing pocket plate is also 3/4" wide

Your mortise lock does look like our 82-265. I would just match up your measurements with ours and if everything looks good, then you should be ok to go.
