Need replacement part recommendation or closest match. Can modify handle to accommodate different position of rotating latch handle.

That mortise latch is pretty unusual. I am fairly certain that it's a discontinued part which is no longer available. I would suggest seeing if you could replace your handle set with a surface-mounted option like our 82-005. Take a look and see what you think.
