I am trying to find a replacement door locking mechanism.

Thanks for reaching out! Your mortise lock looks like it can be replaced with our 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. The keeper compatible with this lock is the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper.

To confirm that these will be a fit for your door, carefully review and compare the dimensions below. You'll especially want to double check the dimensions for the distance between the installation holes.
