Door will no longer lock

I bought a sliding door and 9 windows from Lowes in March 2015. The lock on the slider has failed. Lowes has purged their files and can't tell me the brand of the door. My husband thinks it is Atrium. The door and window desk at Lowes mentioned Atrium and Reliable but could find no part on those websites that matched the pictures I uploaded.

Thanks for your help. I have ordered the part. It is very close to the original and our locksmith thinks it will work.
