Take a look and compare the 82-030 handle set with 3/15/16" hole spacing to yours.

As for the mortise lock, we can't be sure of what you need based on only the faceplate. The 82-260 comes to mind, but the faceplate is rounded on our part, while yours is squared. This mortise lock is used with the 82-249 keeper. Review the specifications and see what you think.
