Your tilt latch reminds me of the 26-266 shown below. Unfortunately, the opposite-handed version has been discontinued and the 26-266 will be as well once we run out of our current supply. We do not have a confirmed substitute at this time but the 26-393 is one possibility. Take a look and review the dimensions below to determine if they could fit your sash opening. As for your internal latch, we would need to see yours fully removed from the window to determine if we carry a possible replacement. Thank you.

Looking over her response, it appears Casey needs to see the internal latch removed from the window before she can make a recommendation for that. Would that be possible?

As for these new photos, you have an old style pivot shoe that is no longer made. I believe our 15-046 works well as a replacement but you should review our dimensions to verify.
