Double Hung Window With Sash Springs

Question

Window is tilt out with plastic/vinyl compressible track. The track houses an exposed elongated spring connected to the lower sash by one small screw on an L-shaped pin assembly. No labels/etching on window located.

I'm afraid we cannot replace this kind of spring. However, we do carry a possible match for the friction shoe. See our 15-104 and let me know if this is a match. As for the tilt pin, our 20-016 may be what you need, though your sample is heavily corroded and hard to identify.
