Hello,

Your pivot shoe looks like a match to the 15-177, which is used with the S152 coil springs. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your part. I would recommend using one S152-9 spring on each side to support your sash weight. We'll also relate a few videos on this page to help you through the replacement process. Thank you!
