Double Mortise replacement lock

Hi - my sliding glass door lock is not working. One of the latches on the mortise is stuck in the locked position and I'm looking for a replacement double mortise lock mechanism. I think the door brand is Atrium/Windsor Signature Series. I am unsure which item is the correct replacement mortise lock. I can't find any item #'s on the part.
