Double Mortoise Lock for Sliding Patio Door replacement identification

The top latch of my double mortise latch for sliding patio door is stuck in lock position. Bottom latch works fine. Attached are 5 photos. If you need more photos please let me know. Do you know/have the replacement part? Thank you!

Hey Dan. This mortise lock looks like our 82-265. For a new keeper that works with this mortise lock, see our 82-249. If your old handle set is undamaged you can reuse it; otherwise, see our 82-087. Let me know if you have questions.
