Double, Pivot shoes

I BELIEVE it's just the plastic housing the pivot shoes sit in that is broken but I don't know what kind I need. I need whatever it is going to take to make this window functional. There were no stickers left on window identifying what series...that I could see...

To further review, are you able to show us the pivot bar on the bottom edge of the sash that engages with the pivot shoe in the window channel? From there we will be able to determine the best replacement options. Thank you!

Your balance assembly resembles an older Simonton style that is no longer made. We recommend converting the the 15-259 and Series 159 coil springs. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion below and additional parts needed.

If it is only the pivot shoe that is broken, we also offer the 15-192 style. Please note that we have had past customers inform that they had to shave down the front aligners to get the shoe to fit in the channel. Based on the pivot bar style, you may also need to use the original metal cam and switch it out into the new shoe. Please review the dimensions below and let me know if you have any additional questions.
