I took a picture of the nameplate in the window panes, the spring balance did not have any identifying marks

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe but we have two alternatives for you to consider. The first one is the 15-192 which is designed to be used with the S170 and S171 coil springs as well as the 15-156 cover and 15-157 drum. Just note, the bumps on the front of the 15-192 will likely need to be shaved down to fit into the track. Just note, altered items in such a way cannot be returned for a refund.

The second one is the 15-259. This uses the Series 159 coil springs and the video below will walk you through this conversion.
