Double hung 21 x 32" need counter balance springs

It's tough to make out what you have while the hardware is still installed, but we may still be able to help.

We typically use the pivot shoe as a reference for all the parts related to the balance assembly in total. In your case, your pivot shoe resembles our 15-199. If I'm right then you could use either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165. You need to measure the width of the coil band to verify one over the other.

If the 15-199 isn't a match, however, then we'll have to start from scratch. Removing your assembly from the window would be the best place to begin. That way I can see it without obstruction. Please let me know if that would be possible.
