Double hung window

The top double hung window has a plastic piece that fits into the bottom of the half inch"glide track." This plastic piece secures the round metal cup into which the window pin fits.
The markings on the window are HPC.
I need both the plastic piece and the cup.

This is called a T-Lock Shoe, which attaches to the bottom of a Series 795 Channel Balance. This shoe is either our 15-195 or 15-194, depending on the size. Watch the video below to see how to replace these T-Lock Shoes.
