Double hung window

Hi. I need replacement coils and some of the windows are missing the metal post that sits in the carrier (see pic of a good one). How can I replace the posts? Also I think I need a spreader to take the coil
Assembly out.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balances. The pivot bar might be the 26-226, but I'd compare with an undamaged version to be certain. Let me know if you have questions.
