It's tough to be sure with your hardware still installed but I suspect that you have a pivot shoe that was recently discontinued. The good news is that the 15-177 is a confirmed replacement and uses the same S152 coil springs as your original pivot shoe. See the measurements below and feel free to get back to us with a photo of your shoe removed from the jamb to confirm. Thank you!

As we mentioned, this shoe uses the S152 coil springs. You would need to remove the original springs to locate the stamp on the base needed to choose the corresponding strength options. The coils are held in place with the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap and 15-145 barrel.
