Double hung window

Looks like you need both a channel balance and a pivot bar.

Starting with the balance, this is a match for our Series 795 but with one key difference: you have an open cam rather than a standard cam. With that in mind, you also need to purchase our 15-195B separately. The shoes just swap out.

Please also note that the Series 795 installs at the top using a screw tab, not a hook. If yours uses a hook, I need a clear photo of the hole in the frame where it installs before we can move forward.

Regarding the pivot bar, it's very difficult to tell what you have based on its current condition. It might be our 26-400, but you should get an undamaged version to use as comparison. Make sure to check all dimensions before you place an order.
