Double-hung window balance/pivot shoe parts

I could not locate any existing names/numbers/markings on the balance system aside from it being made in China. There was a sticker on the bottom window pane itself which I've attached. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello there. This is a Simonton window balance system that is no longer made. Our 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs can replace it. The video below shows how.

Thank you Bob. Do you have a link to the part that the woman is replacing at the end, the bar replacement that slots into the metal part? Also, is there anyway to tell what weight the coil balance spring is? I don't see any markings on it.

Yes, if you are referring to the pivot bar, that is our 26-083. As far as the spring weights, give me the exact weight of the window sash these springs support. Placing it on a bathroom scale would work. I can then tell you the spring weights you need.
