Double hung window balances faulty

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be connected to the balance at the top and/or bottom.

The stamp from the metal channel of the balance, which will only tell us the weight range your balances should be able to support. It will not help to identify the type of balance you'd need, unfortunately.

Thanks for confirming! I'll need to send over an order link for the (3) requested balances as they will need to be a custom order. You have a channel like the Series 770 but with a 62-105 Heavy Duty Pointed Hook attached. 

There is one more piece of information I'll need to confirm before I can send the order link. In regard to how the window attaches at to the frame at the top of the channel, does this balance screw into the top of the window or does it connect using a hook?

Also, this balance is compatible with the 15-105 pivot shoe. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe.
