Double hung window pivot block broken where it attaches to spring

Need help identifying and purchasing nylon block which the windows metal post fits into . House is about 23 years old appear to be original windows. The block is attached to a spring which is in window channel. The width of block is .475 the height of block is 1-3/8 . The depth of block is app.550

Hello! This part is called a friction shoe. Yours in particular appears to match our 15-014, but review our specs below to verify.
