Thanks for posting! Your coil balance assembly looks like it can be replaced with the S161-10 Roller-Tilt assembly. To confirm that this is the right fit for your window, carefully look over the dimensions shown below.

The bracket securing the coil in your window is the 16-030 Clear Bracket.
