Hello my name is Ed, I'm trying to restore some existing windows. I found you have a part I need: friction shoe 15-104. I also need the pulley I sent pic of it hope you can help I'd also be interested in buying new tracks and weatherstripping.

Thanks for posting, Ed. You won't be able to replace the pulley system by itself. I know of no company who sells a balance pulley system. It's not recommended that you try to replace these due to the tension balances are typically under. It's best to just replace the balance. Since it sounds like you need new jamb liners, I recommend getting in touch with a local mill work. They can set you up with new jamb liners, which will include balances.
