Double mortise lock for patio door

Question

I need a replacement for a double mortise lock for a patio door.   The overall length is 11 5/8". The distance between the middle of the upper screw and lower screw is 11".  The distance between the bottom of the top latch opening and the top of the bottom latch opening is 5 1/8".  The length of the plate the lock latches to is 10 3/4".
