This looks like an 82-239 or 82-265, depending on the faceplate your mortise lock uses. Take a look and see what you think. For a new keeper, see our 82-249. 

That looks like the faceplate of the mortise lock, similar to the one on the 82-265. You could either purchase the 82-265 and the 82-249 Keeper, or simply swap the face plates. Let me know what you think.
