Double mortise lock set for 82-086

Question

Hi,
I have an 82-086 (I think, see photo), and need to replace it and the mortise, but mine is a double-mortise with upper and lower hooks. Is this an 82-086 and which mortise fits whichever model it is?

Thanks for posting! Your mortise lock reminds me of the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to compare the dimensions.

There is a possibility your existing keeper may not be compatible with this lock. That said, I also suggest comparing the keeper to the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper.
