Dried up seal?

I am not sure what it is that I need to replace here. The window started leaking rain water on the sill inside and I noticed this seal looking part looked pretty dried up maybe you can help me identify it. It's a 14 year old vinyl window.

Looks like you need new weatherstripping. I'm afraid I can't determine what you need from this picture, though. We would need to see an undamaged sample of its end profile. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
