Dual Arm Operator for Casement Window

Hi,

We have a casement window with a dual arm operator that has worn out. It is difficult to tell what brand the window is. It has a logo with a letter "A" and two underscores. The crank portion of the dual operator arm has a code 1491-120 B. The long arm has code S-1491-160. The short arm has code S-1491-165. The window has a serial number 129-035795.

Do you know what brand this window is and what the appropriate replacement dual arm operator is? I found one that looks close, Truth Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount, part #C10651, model 50.10.00.011. I've attached some photos of the old operator.

It looks like you have an Ashland brand operator that, unfortunately, is no longer available. With that being said, take a look at another customer's thread here where one of our senior experts recommended the 39-253LB and the related accessories as a possible solution. We can't guarantee that this would work since it is not an exact match but review the specifications and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
