Dual pivot Arm Operator

Question

I am looking to replace the dual pivot arm operator only. I need one in the orientation shown in the pictures and two in the opposite hand.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either the 39-253LB and 39-253RB, or the 39-438B and 39-349B, depending on the appendage at the end of the straight arm. See the video below. For new covers and handles, see the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
