Cracked part Approximately 12.5 inches long
A Swisco rep pointed to the 82260. I don't know if it will work. Can you make it front facing like the other is? Not sure if this matches up with your replacement part

I agree that the 82-260 mortise lock would be our best replacement option for the part in your photo. With that being said, I'm not sure what you mean by wanting it to be front facing.
