Duel spring balance

I have a Simonton window with duel springs one spring has broken but i can not find any stamp on the spring to determine which replacement i need. What are your suggestion ?

Thank you. This is part of a coil balance assembly. If you could also show us the pivot shoe that this coil anchors to, as well as the end of the coil that is not shown in your photo, that will help us confirm the correct replacement parts for you.

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-199 pivot shoe, which uses the 1/2" thick Series 160 and 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs.

Make sure to compare our dimensions to your original hardware to see if these parts match up to what you need. Thank you!
