I am looking for the Dyad Operator 39-172 in a shorter arm length than displayed. The printing on it states 21550 "Truth." The one if the pictures displays a 5 inch operator arm but I need a 4 inch. I need two lefts and two rights.
Also, the window is 11 years old. Is this covered under a manufacturer or other warranty. It's a Del Mar Window Brand. If there's a number to look into this question, please share it with me if you have it.
Thank you.
Dyad Operator

Good Morning,
Personally, I would recommend taking a look at the 39-317 and 39-318 Split-Arm Operators.
As far as the warranty is concerned, you would have to ask the installer or the manufacturer. Normally, warranties are good for one year after installation, however you will have to confirm the specifics.

Thanks for the response. I am the homeowner with the original question.
Both operator arms are 3 1/2 inches long. Does a 4 inch operator long arm exist? Can the 3 1/2 inch work?

I'm sorry, but I cannot say for certain whether or not the 3 1/2" operator arm would work as a replacement.
