EMCO swivel corner

Good afternoon,
I am looking to replace two swivel corners on an Emco storm door.
Do you have any suggestions for Replacement?

Thanks for posting. I want you to start by looking at our 95-191. This Swivel Corner Key is very similar design and also 1/8" thick. Take a look and let me know if you think this could work for you.
