Larson Storm Window Swivel Corner

Hello there,This hardare peice was from my upper right window pane on my screen door. While re-inserting the window the rectagular metal peice (which holds it in place to the door) broke off. The first picture shows the broken swivel. The second shows the unbroken one on the other side. The storm door is over 20 years old and the model info is on the last picture.

I need to replace the corner sash for an aluminum storm door with a double hung window insert purchased from Home Depot several years ago. The glass pane frame is 28" square. The corner connectors, I assume, are for both left and right sides? If so I need four each for a total of eight! Also,the pin on mine that rotates, is more cylindrical in design. I can modify if necessary. Once the parts are installed, Can I take a nail set to capture top and side of corner hardware ... (cont.)
