Need to build replacement storm window panel

Handy Person from Merion Station, PA

I lost one of my storm window panels due to a tree fall. The rest of the frame and panels are in tact. The photos are of the matching panel in the neighboring window. The frame is 3/8" thick and 3/4" wide. The corner swivel pins come out 1/2" and are 1/4" thick. The integrated side track/channel is about 7/8" tall and the channel is 1/2" tall. The slide latches come out 1/2" and are about 3/8" tall.

I'm confident I could cut and assemble the parts, but I would love help identifying which parts I need to order so that I can remake this frame and have it match as close as possible to the original.

Thank you for any help you may be able to provide!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your latch reminds me strongly of our 91-176, but it would depend on size. Look over its dimensions and see how well they compare.

The corner keys are more complicated. The only way to ID these is to remove them and measure the size of the legs. Seeing a photo of it removed would also be a huge help. The 91-176 is theoretically compatible with a ton, but some popular pairings are the 95-231, 95-009 and 95-008, 95-015, and the 95-191. But there could be more, some of which  may not be made anymore. It's always best to remove to check size.
