Hey I have a bunch of these balances and it's very hard to open or close my window I'm looking to upgrade the hardware

This looks like either an S351-27 or S390-27, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Your old stamp option is a bit unusual; to know what new option to pick, obtain the exact weight of the window sash.
