Edgemont Double Hung balance and coil

Question

These coils have snapped on 2 of my double hung edgemont replacement windows. I have removed them and uploaded a photograph of the problematic parts. There are markings on the balance that read "485". The metal coils are stamped with an "8". Each window pane weighs appoximately 15.5 lbs. I believe I need 8 new balances with coils, or, Perhaps, just the coils. Do you have these parts and can I order them directly from you? Any help you can extend is appreciated.

Unfortunately, we do not have an exact match for the pivot shoe, however, there is a chance that our 15-199 could work as a replacement for you. Compare the dimensions to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right fit.

If so, this pivot shoe is used with either the 1/2" thick S160 coil spring or the 3/8" thick S165 coil spring. If there are no stamps on the metal coil that correspond to one of our coil strength options, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
