Element window with 3sliver spring coils under white part

Here is picture of the 3coils, footer and window together with plastic cover over coils. Can you tell me parts needed?

Thanks for writing in! The balance cover you have is the 15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support. It is used with the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balances.

To determine which coil springs you need, look for stamps/markings on the metal coil. This number will indicate the strength of the spring. If there aren't any stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

If you are looking to replace the coil shoe, I'll need to see it removed from the window to identify it. You'll also need to have it removed to compare the dimensions.
