extended travel channel balance

This looks like an extended travel channel balance. We can help supply replacements for them but it will have to be a custom order since the configuration differs from our stock balances. I'll just need a few more details so I can get this moving for you. Can you confirm the numbers stamped on your balance as well as the quantity you're looking to order?

That's odd. There's usually a third number that should follow after the 27. Can you check the balance on the other side of the window and show us a photo of the stamp? 

If it's too faded, we will need you to weigh the window sash on a scale in order to determine the proper strength calibration for your replacements.
