As you can see from the photos I have two windows that use this hardware. One of the windows will crank out but won't crank in. The part where the handle attaches will screw out when I try to bring in the window. We will be completely remodeling this kitchen and will be keeping the window. We may need to replace some parts on the one window so it will work but also I need to change the color of the handles and cover and the lock. Maybe a folding handle would be nice. Let me no if you need anything
