Entry Guard Crank Replacement for 31538A

Dear Sir/Madam,

I need to replace a crank for a leftward opening crank window made by Entry Guard with #31538A on the part. I previously ordered item #39-036. I am returning it. Please tell me which part to order. On my part, it has an "R" which it seems mean "right." But it is a left window and opens out to the left.

It's hard to tell based on this picture. I can only see one of the arms. Is there any way you can take a picture so that it shows the entire operator? Thanks!

Thank you. Please look at our 39-031 and 39-032 and see if these can work for you. These look similar to the 39-036, but with one long straight arm and a secondary hinged link arm.
