A home owner from Collierville, TN says:
One of the teeth on crank handle is broken, making it difficult to open the window.
Should I replace the whole mechanism? Windoe pane opens to the right. The other pane operates OK.
Also, the plastic parts covering the crank handles (both sides) have broken - need to replace them.

Hello there. Yes, it sounds like you should replace the entire assembly. Start by looking at our 39-155. This looks similar, but compare all the dimensions listed below to your old hardware and let me know if anything differs. For new covers and handles, see our 39-107 and 39-114L, respectively.
