EntryGard Dual Arm Operator marked 20810 and 30744 for left side window looking outside

Is this the correct item (#39-032) to replace an EntryGard Dual Arm Operator marked 20810 and 30744 for left side window looking outside (see photos)? The teeth on the worm screw are stripped, so the crank only opens, but will not close.

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. The operator shown here could indeed be the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156. The difference between them is the length of the link arm which isn't something we can eyeball from photos. You'll have to compare our specifications with yours to determine the best match.
