I have an EntryGard left casement. Just bought crank hardware, your part 39-155. But I can't connect the short lever to the window because the linkage is a different length. The old linkage is part number 20810 which is longer than your part number 20755, and the retaining clip is different. See photo. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting. It appears you needed the 39-031 instead. This is identical to the 39-155, except for the longer link arm. See below.

Thank you. That looks right, but I'm not sure how I would attach the new part onto the window. Your video shows it clipping on or off, but the old part has a rivet connecting it to a small piece that attaches to the window with 3 screws. See picture. I could cut the rivet off of the old piece, but how would I attach the new one?

If the old stud bracket can't be removed from the old operator, then you are better off just purchasing a new bracket. See the 39-508 Clip-On Stud Bracket.
