EntryGuard Hardware Replacement

We just purchased a home that was built in 2004 and some of the windows are difficult to open and close. We thought that we might try replacing the hardware in one of them to see if that is the problem. I did not remove the old hardware as it is 15 degrees out and I am not sure that I could get it put back together properly!
