my bracket has printed on it entry guard 30470 LH do you have these entry guards? The one i found on your website does not match the holes. May i send you picture?
i also need the upper and lower tracks that the window guard slides on.

Your casement operator resembles the EntryGard 39-334 at first glance. We also offer the 39-333 opposite-handed version. The main difference between these two operators is the length of the shorter link arm. Review the image below to confirm if it matches your original assembly. Thanks for posting!
