Evaluate window slides for tilt-open windows

Quick Learner from New Orleans
I am rebuilding the windows in my townhouse with new spiral lifts and window slides.
THe slide I removed is in the photo on the far left. THe others I recently ordered from you as comparison samples.
-THe one with the white circular pivo lock (15-046) is the closest, however it lacks the edge "rail" and is consequently thinner
-The blue pivot lock slide (15-118) has a thin rail but is still thinner than the original and the window post opening is slightly bigger
-The black one (15-047) has an identical body but the post opening is way bigger.
I would like to send my original pivot lock shoe to you for identification to see if you have an exact match unless you can tell me now with the information provided. Thx: Bill

Hello, Bill.

I'm afraid we aren't accepting samples of hardware at this time but the 15-047 pivot shoe looks like it matches the same size and design of your original. It also will accept the same type of pivot bar as the others you selected. The best way to determine if this part will work for you is to carefully compare the specifications with your old shoe to see if they match up.

thanks for the reply. I found a lot of "slop" in the fitting with the 15-047 and I beleive I would prefer to opt for the thinner (1/2") shoe with the correct pivot bar size.
-Best,
Bill

We'd be happy to help ID your pivot bar but we will need to see an undamaged version removed from the window sash to compare to our inventory.
